Who handles your data

TN Store uses the details of your orders to prepare them, call you and deliver them.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, governorate, city, address and any note. You pay on delivery, so we receive no bank details. If you type your phone number but do not place the order, we keep your cart, name and phone for 30 days to call you back and help you finish it.

Why

To confirm the order by phone, deliver it (your name, phone and address are given to the delivery company), and let you track it and leave a review. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

The site uses its own cookies, needed for it to work: the cart, the language, your last order (to show its confirmation) and where your visit came from (the link or ad you followed, kept 30 days).

How long we keep it

Orders are kept as long as needed for delivery, after-sales service and accounting.
